Hello, my name is Lea Lombard
I am a certified TEFL teacher with more than 20 years of corporate experience, where I supported executives, managers, and teams across various industries. This background gives me a unique ability to understand the demands of professional environments and to help learners communicate in English with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
I also hold a College N6 Diploma in Marketing Management, Business & Sales, and Business Communication, which equips me with the knowledge to teach not just English, but the language of business itself, making my lessons especially practical and career-focused.
My teaching journey has allowed me to work with students of all ages and cultural backgrounds, giving me deep insight into different learning styles and needs. I use a Hybrid Teaching Style, combining lectures, demonstrations, and interactive participation.
This flexible approach ensures that every lesson is tailored to the learner’s individual progress.
I focus on the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD), meaning I meet students exactly where they are and gradually guide them toward higher levels of mastery.
